Victoria Beckham has designed a limited edition t-shirt in support of World AIDS Day 2014, featuring a World AIDS Day ribbon logo.

The piece is available to buy at her Dover Street store and online at www.victoriabeckham.com, with all proceeds going to the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), for which Beckham is an ambassador.
